1. Order Processing

All orders at Zeeva are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates

We work hard to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.

• Standard Delivery: Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

• Special Cases: Due to high demand or specific regional logistics, some deliveries may take between 7 to 10 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your Zeeva order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.

4. Customs and Duties

Zeeva is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Unexpected Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, Zeeva cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, postal strikes, or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare instances.
